The AI Shopping Agent project is a combination of multiple professional engineering services (EAI, IAM, Blockchain). It is designed to enhance consumers shopping and dining experiences. The idea is to develop Agentic AI Systems capable of handling every aspects of malls shopping.
This includes computer vision systems such as retail store analytics and emotion recognition dashboards as well as real-time object detection systems. We use them for store layout optimisation, shopping behaviour tracking, customer experience measurement, and retail security monitoring.
Another component is the predictive AI that provides recommendations based on customers wishlists or previous purchased and shopping behaviours. There is also a logistics component that uses advanced mobility services and identity access management system to securely and reliably deliver products or allow curbside pickup.
We then back all these components by open source large languages models and build them on GPUs for high-performance computing AI agents. Additionally, we enhance the overall system with external knowledge sources provided by vendors via microservices portals.


High fidelity prototype of each component will be progressively available as well as the complete AI Shopping Agent that the public can try out.

Phase I: Consumers Dining Experiences – The enhanced restaurant online ordering system built on top of GloriaFood platform is showcased below.
